Returns Policy

We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. Damaged is whereby the product has been damaged in transit and we must be notified within one day of you receiving the goods if this is the case. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated "contact us" webpage which can be accessed on our home page. You will need to state your name, address, purchase date and product to be returned. We will then contact you with the details of where to send the product and the details regarding the replacement of your faulty or damaged goods.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges (where applicable).
